Scavland PC Requirements

Minimum specs

According to Scavland's official Steam listing, the minimum system requirements are:

• OS: Windows 10, 64-bit
• Processor: Intel 2.77GHz Quad-core (or equivalent)
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: Dedicated graphics card with 2GB VRAM minimum, supporting OpenGL 2.1 and GLSL 1.2 (generally hardware from 2012 or newer)
• DirectX: Version 11
• Storage: 2 GB available space
• Sound Card: FMOD-compatible

Recommended specs

The official recommended specification is nearly identical to the minimum, with one difference:

• Memory: 12 GB RAM (recommended, versus 8 GB minimum)
• Everything else — processor, graphics card, DirectX, storage — matches the minimum spec exactly.

What this means in practice

Scavland's top-down pixel art style keeps its hardware requirements modest by modern standards. The graphics card threshold (2GB VRAM, OpenGL 2.1 support from roughly 2012 onward) is low enough that most PCs built in the last decade should be able to run it, even without a dedicated gaming GPU. The main thing worth watching is RAM — the jump from 8GB minimum to 12GB recommended suggests the game is more memory-hungry than its low GPU bar might imply, likely due to the procedurally generated bunker layouts and open-world streaming.
