Is Scavland on GOG?

No, not currently

Scavland is not available on GOG.com as of this check. The only presence the game has on GOG is a Dreamlist page (gog.com/dreamlist/game/scavland) — GOG's community wishlist feature where players can vote to signal demand for a DRM-free release. A Dreamlist entry is not a confirmation that a GOG release is planned; it's simply a way for the community to register interest.

Scavland's own official channels back this up: the Steam store page and NoShadow's official links don't mention GOG anywhere, and there's been no public statement from the developer about a GOG release.

Why this matters if you want DRM-free

If your preference for GOG is about avoiding DRM rather than the storefront itself, there's currently no way to get Scavland DRM-free — Steam is the only official distribution channel. Scavland does include Steam Cloud, Steam Achievements, and Family Sharing, all of which are Steam-specific features that wouldn't necessarily carry over to a hypothetical GOG version anyway.

What you can do

If you'd like to see Scavland on GOG eventually, voting on the Dreamlist page is the direct way to register that interest with GOG's own system. Beyond that, keep an eye on NoShadow's official Steam news posts and social channels — that's where any future distribution announcement would appear first, and it's the same channel that's announced everything from the demo launch to the Early Access release so far.
